If you are able to view most features of the webinar, or not see a blank screen for the streaming sessions, this is most likely caused by your web browser blocking the content.
The quickest workaround is to simply try another browser. The site performs well under most circumstances using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. If you are not using one of these, then switch. If you are using one of these, please try one of the other two.
Also, please read these important browser settings:
Cookies - Cookies must be enabled in your browser
JavaScript - JavaScript must be enabled to use the site. Avoid programs that block JavaScript, like anti-virus software.
Browser add-ons or extensions - Browser add-ons might interfere with site editing. While disabling them is not always required, we may ask you to disable them when helping you troubleshoot.
Some institutions may block streams from the content delivery network, Twitch. Please ensure that twitch.tv is whitelisted.
